At Allied Therapy, we have a talented team that will work on therapy goals while providing respite! We offer respite visits for our families which allow clients to continue to work on the programming set out by your Allied Therapy team. We will work on your Speech, Occupational, Behavioural, and Physiotherapy goals while making our visit fun and exciting. 

 

We hire talented, educated Therapeutic Respite Providers that have a clean Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector check. Therapeutic Respite Providers have a sound understanding of what goals are being worked on and we work, as a team, to make sure that we are providing the best service possible.

Respite care gives families time to recharge from the challenges of caring for a dependent family member full time. Whether this relief is for a few hours, a day, or a weekend, we're here to help.

Respite care aims to strengthen the family unit. The program allows families to rest, take a vacation, tend to life’s necessities, or deal with stressful situations such as illness or moving.

Please note that this service is offered to clients who are currently being supported by an Allied Therapy professional and not as a stand alone service.
