The health and safety of our clients, staff, and their families is our priority.
Our therapists endeavour to make our clients comfortable during their visit.
Prior to each in-person session, every therapist will review and confirm they do not have any Covid-19 symptoms. We ask our clients to do the same by having them fill out an emailed questionnaire. This will be reviewed before the therapist arrives for the session.
At each in-person session, our therapists will:
wear a mask
use hand sanitizer at the start and finish of each visit
sanitize tools/toys before & after use
What does lifting the mask mandate mean for your or your child's therapy sessions?
Your family's safety and well-being are our top priority and will continue to be as the mandates shift and change in our Province.
We will continue to:
Follow the advice provided by our regulatory bodies in their most current advisory statement.
Do a point of care risk assessment to determine the type of PPE and type of procedure to follow
Clean and sanitize our materials between clients and maintain good hand hygiene.
Offer virtual treatment options.
