Stephanie Hovey (she/her)

Speech-Language Pathologist

Stephanie is a Certified Speech-Language Pathologist and the founder of Allied Therapy. She has worked extensively with complex neurodevelopmental and cognitive-communication profiles, particularly where autism, ADHD, executive functioning, and communication intersect.

She works with Autistic individuals, AAC users, and high-performing professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders with ADHD who are seeking structured, strategic approaches to executive functioning, workplace communication, and cognitive-communication demands.

Stephanie is often consulted for cases requiring nuanced clinical judgment and coordinated care across environments. Her work focuses on improving functional communication, executive functioning skills, and sustainable systems that support real-world performance.

Her approach is direct, structured, and outcome-focused. Clients who work with Stephanie are typically seeking clarity, measurable change, and practical communication systems.

She has professional interests in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), clinical education, and service design, and mentors students and clinicians within Allied Therapy to ensure complex clients receive coordinated, evidence-informed care.
