Kristy Norton (she/her)
Clinical Social Worker
Autistic, ADHD, and AuDHD folx welcome! Whether you are considering neurodivergence, have a confirmed diagnosis, or are self-realized, there is a place for you in my office. Maybe social media reels have sparked questions, and you’re looking for a thoughtful, grounded space to talk them through.
I provide a wide range of therapies, such as: self-rediscovery after a diagnosis, coming to terms with neurodivergence later in life, ADHD executive functioning strategies, burnout recovery and return to work plans, self-compassion, support for parents of neurodivergent children, and academic strategizing for high schoolers and university students.
Medication can help with many of the challenges that come with ADHD, but it will not teach you the long-term skills to be successful. This is where I come in. I can help you stay accountable to the executive functioning strategies we develop that work better with your brain. Sessions often include practicing new skills, so you leave confident each time.
Kristy is a Registered Social Worker, MSW, RSW(c) providing support to adolescents and adults aged 12 and older.
