Bio
Emma is an Occupational Therapist who completed both her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy and undergraduate degree in Medical Sciences at Dalhousie University. She brings a strong foundation in health sciences and a client-centered approach to supporting individuals across the lifespan.
Emma’s practice is grounded in trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming care, with a focus on helping clients build the skills and supports needed to participate more fully in everyday life. She works collaboratively with individuals and families to support emotional regulation, executive functioning, sensory processing, daily living skills, and participation in meaningful routines and community activities.
She is particularly passionate about mental health awareness, supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals, and promoting accessibility within both therapeutic and community environments. Emma values creating spaces where clients feel respected, understood, and supported in ways that reflect their unique identities, strengths, and goals.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys exploring new places, trying new food, creative projects, and spending time outdoors with her puppy, Leo.
