Domenica Saldarriaga
Domenica is currently completing her Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Psychology and minors in Neuroscience and Sociology. She has a longstanding passion for working with children and adolescents, and her academic studies have further strengthened her interest in child development, behaviour, and the importance of providing early support to children and families.
She was drawn to Allied Therapy because of its multidisciplinary, client-centered approach and its commitment to providing inclusive, neurodivergent-affirming care. Domenica values collaborative care models that recognize the unique strengths and needs of every child and family.
Originally from Ecuador, Domenica brings a strong appreciation for cultural awareness and the importance of creating environments where individuals and families feel comfortable, understood, and supported. She believes meaningful care begins with building trust, respecting individual experiences, and ensuring families feel welcomed throughout the therapy process.
Her long-term goal is to work with children and adolescents in a clinical setting, continuing to build her knowledge and experience supporting developmental, behavioural, and mental health needs.
Domenica is based at our Bedford Clinic. Say "hello" next time you call into the office!
