Abby Lowry is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) with more than 10 years of experience supporting adolescents, teenagers, and adults with a wide range of behavioural, developmental, and daily living needs. She works collaboratively with individuals and families to create practical, individualized support plans that reflect each person’s goals, strengths, and stage of development.
Abby has experience providing behaviour assessment, skill-building programs, emotional regulation support, and strategies that promote greater independence in everyday life. Her clinical approach is grounded in meeting each individual where they are, building meaningful supports that are realistic, respectful, and responsive to their unique needs.
She values creating strong therapeutic relationships and helping families feel informed and supported throughout the care process.
Outside of work, Abby enjoys hiking, reading with her two cats close by, and experimenting in the kitchen (with varying degrees of success.)
Abby is based in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
