What You’ll Be Doing
Clinical Evaluation
-
Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) using standardized and observational tools.

Develop evidence-based, data-informed behaviour support plans tailored to client needs.

Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and other professionals to design wholistic, client-centered plans.
Client Care
-
Create and support neurodivergent affirming ABA programming in clinic, home, community, and virtual settings.

Provide direct coaching and training to families, support staff, and educators.

Offer trauma-informed care to clients of varying ages and needs.
Documentation
-
Maintain accurate records and progress reports in Jane (our electronic health record system).
Community Education
-
Occasionally deliver educational programming for families, daycares, and schools to promote best practices and community understanding.
Team Engagement

Participate in weekly professional development and monthly team meetings.

Engage in case discussions, mentorship, and shared learning opportunities.
What You Bring to the Team
-
Master’s degree in a relevant field and certification as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).

Certified as a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA).

Experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, ideally across the lifespan.
-
Competency in trauma-informed care and a family-centered, strength-based approach.

Computer literacy and comfort with tools like JaneApp, Google Workspace, etc.

Valid driver’s license, access to reliable transportation, and a clean Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry.

Bonus: Fluency in French, Cantonese, or Arabic to serve our diverse community.
