Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) Assessment

Allied Therapy helps children who are non-speakers to learn the skills they need to successfully communicate.

Allied Therapy's experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (Speech therapists) and Occupational Therapists have a range of skills to support non-speakers that need extra support to communicate.

Allied Therapy specializes in working with those that present with a diagnosis (ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Autism, etc.) and in supporting all children that need some support learning new skills.

What can I expect from my first session?

Our Speech-Language Pathologist and Occupational Therapist work together to offer a comprehensive Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) assessment and treatment plan. They will complete a thorough assessment on what device or method is the best fit, and work to ensure a full treatment plan is in place for success in communicating!
